Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

This notice is issued by Menajerman (“Menajerman”, “we”), operator of menajerman.com.tr, as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. What we process

When you use the contact form: your name, e-mail address, (optionally) your brand or company name, and the content of your message.

For security: your IP address is processed briefly to protect the form from abuse. The site uses no cookie-based tracking; visit statistics are kept in an anonymous, aggregated form that does not identify you.

3. Why we process it

To review your enquiry, reply to you, prepare a partnership proposal and stay in touch with you; and to protect the site and form against spam and abuse.

4. Legal basis

Your data is collected electronically when you submit the form, on the basis of it being directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2(c)) and of our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2(f)).

5. Who we share it with

Your message reaches us through Resend, our e-mail delivery provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel. As these providers' servers are located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Türkiye solely for the purposes above and within the framework of KVKK Article 9. It is not otherwise shared with or sold to third parties.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry and any resulting working relationship last; afterwards for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and its deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that these actions be notified to those third parties; object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
